■如何降低熬夜对身体的伤害

焖烧锅可以做什么夜宵

1、可以做做汤圆,做法我想一般人都会,买点元宵粉和馅一次性全包好,做好后(生的)放入冰箱冷冻,想吃的时候就拿出来煮,很方便的。

2、蒸牛奶,做法,把牛奶煮沸,再倒入碗中隔水蒸,就像蒸鸡蛋一样,等蒸凝固了就好了,总共时间用不到一刻钟,方便快捷,如果喜欢,上面还可以放些葡萄干、核桃碎,味道真是好极了,特别推荐。

3、把牛奶倒入碗中,在上叠加放四、五切片的面包(吐司),一起进微波炉,一分钟,面包软软的,牛奶热热的,想想都觉得好喝。

4、红豆沙绿豆沙羹,买点红豆沙或绿豆沙,用适当温水调匀,入锅上火,用小火边搅拌边加点冰糖,起锅前加点水淀粉。

还有很多,要自己用心去想去观察琢磨的。

焖烧杯美食菜谱!

入门级

白粥

1、淘米,水烧开后预热焖烧杯;

2、把米放入沸水中,煮开后倒入焖烧杯中,盖进盖子,2~3小时后就可以喝到热气腾腾的粥了。

白煮蛋

1、开水预热焖烧杯片刻,然后,将鸡蛋一只放入焖烧杯,放入开水,睡觉。

2、第二天一早就有完美的白煮蛋吃了!很熟不是溏心!

老酸奶

1、牛奶放入锅中,小火煮到稍微烫手;

2、倒入原味酸奶,用勺子搅拌均匀;

3、焖烧杯用开水烫一遍,倒入混合好的牛奶,盖上盖子密封;

4、8~10小时后就能喝到美味的酸奶了!

水果茶

1、将各种水果切片;

2、预热焖烧杯,倒入水果片,加入开水,盖盖子密封;

3、焖2-3小时后,倒出晾至温热,加入蜂蜜调味,礼成!

进阶级

薏米红豆汤

1、将薏米和红豆浸泡一晚上备用;

2、开水预热焖烧杯,把泡好的的薏米和红豆放入焖烧杯中;

3、山药削皮切段放入焖烧杯中;

4、倒入刚烧好的开水,盖盖焖制。第二天一早就可以享用啦!

红枣桂圆小米粥

1、将100℃的开水倒入闷骚杯预热,一分钟后将小米和糯米放入杯子一起预热。三五分钟以后把水倒掉~

2、红枣去核撕条,加上桂圆枸杞花生冰糖放进焖烧杯;

3、重新倒入100℃开水,盖盖子碎觉。

4、小米粥好啦~

大师级

芋头鸡汤

1、鸡腿洗干净剁成小块,鉴于焖烧杯的容量不是很大,半只鸡腿切6块左右;

2、芋头切滚刀块;

3、煮沸水,倒一点预热焖烧杯,倒掉;

4、水中放入姜片和鸡块煮开撇去血沫;

5、放入芋头煮沸后倒焖烧杯,放一颗红枣,盖上盖子,焖2~3个小时

6、喝的时候加盐调味。

山药肉丝粥

1、肉丝用盐,鸡精,料酒腌十几分钟~然后舀两勺淀粉,抓!揉!捏!

2、开水预热杯子,并将肉丝焯白断生。

3、将所有食材倒入焖烧杯,重新倒入100℃水,盖盖子。

4、礼成!

田园鲜虾粥

1、食材全部切丁;

2、100℃预热杯子和食材五分钟左右,倒掉水。

3、重新加开水。盖盖子。碎觉。

4、根据口味加盐和白胡椒粉提味。
